Holes in the wall and mold everywhere.

Air Conditioner did not work. Only other room available was smoking room you could not breathe in. Employees refused to give me a refund. Lied about conditions to manager next day. Did not leave any notes on our refusal to stay, so it was our word against the employees. Manager later refused to give us a refund over the phone. Stated the air conditioning worked just fine.

Nothing about the stay was good. Worste ever.

I loved being just a quick walk from Southland Casino Racing and the Arkansas Welcome Center, made my weekend strolling around the city so enjoyable. It was so easy to grab a bite nearby and soak in the lively atmosphere of West Memphis. For those who enjoy city life, this place offers a perfect start for your park views and discovery of local landmarks.

the staff was nice

the sheets were dirty, the bathroom tub railing was broke, carpet dirty and the room had bedbugs and the location was not that hot

No L working shower. No working landline phone (couldn't call front desk). Plugs didn't work for charging.Didn't like my stay at the Econo Lodge.

The first room had dirty towels strewn on the bathroom floor and was overall unkempt. Finally, after switching rooms several times, I found one that was only acceptable because it had been recently remodeled.

The air conditioning worked poorly so the room never cooled down and we were unable to sleep. I would rate it a 1.0. Breakfast was poor. Place was inexpensive but still not worth it. Don't know how it got a pleasant rating from someone else.

Love size of room ...Didnt eat there. The bed wasnt queen u you stated it was full sz there was water all over hall way from toliet no body never fix it..i went to office 2 times the water went dwn stair to my sister room 167 i was and 267...

Multiple room changes I had to go through. The first room was unacceptable, but the last one was decent as it was remodeled. Staff was generally helpful, but it could have been more convenient for someone with a disability.

I appreciated the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the rooms. The pool was closed, disappointing for my family. The staff was friendly, but we faced some delays with housekeeping services.

The hotel is close to I 40 and I 55. Day time staff was very nice and very accommodating.

The night manager was more interested in talking on her cell phone than assisting the customers. Our room was not clean and smelled terrible.

Really enjoyed the room with comfortable beds, my bed was comfortable. It was nice to find a microwave and a fridge. Very very helpful and affable staff who were always there to help. This location was comfy and great, near restaurant very satisfied, an outlet was and casino.
